At Onda Beauty, we want you to love your ritual, but if a product isn't the right fit, we accept returns of gently used items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that certain limited-edition sets and opened wellness supplements are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring the products are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our clean beauty experts inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
